Parking lot and drive thru were a zoo.
Just plain rude. When you ask a guest to put on a mask, or in my case wear properly please ask nicely. The guy was beyond rude. I was struggling with PTSD all afternoon wearing my mask in compliance. I was taking a minute to release onside and felt attacked. If he had just asked nicely it would not have been a problem. This is hard enough without the aggressive rude behavior of your staff. Will not be back.nnThe owner (I believe to be) contacted me and apologized. That in itself was great. I trust this behavior has stopped and all feel welcome. Thank you for contacting and trying to make right goes a long way.
Not sure if it was other patrons or staff but a very sub par experience, especially for Lavenworth.
Starbucks’ employees are often kind, cordial, and well-mannered. But this branch’s staff take it above and beyond! Thank you!
When the Safeway Starbucs became very difficult to get product and service....i switched to the drive thru downtown. This Starbucs is always friendly...always has your favorite and you dont have to get out of the car!!
