My first visit to Fat Calf was a wonderful experience. The personnel were very friendly and helpful with the menu. We ordered three appetizers that were brought out in a timely manner. Four of us shared two entrees, the filet and lamb shank. Both dishes were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try something different. I highly recommend Fat Calf Brasserie.

I enjoyed the ambiance here and especially appreciate that the employees wore masks. I also enjoyed the first several bites of my risotto before growing bored with it. It needed more kale, pumpkin seeds, etc. The water in the area must be off; both the ice water and ice tea they gave me tasted terrible. It didn’t seem like enough food for what we paid, but I am still giving them 4 stars for following public health guidelines and trying to provide a better dining experience for this area. (Just not many good options around here.)

Went here on a date with my husband. We had the chicken tagine and the duck breast. Everything was amazing, from our drinks to our dessert. The duck was probably the best tasting thing I have ever had. Highly recommended!

Hands down one of the most amazing meals that we have enjoyed! We spent the day looking at houses in the neighborhood, we were tired as were our children, and they were so accommodating and understanding. Brandon was kind, friendly and so helpful throughout the night! The cauli bites were possibly the best thing we have tasted since leaving Japan 2 months ago. Hamburger was perfectly done and kid’s nuggets were priced perfectly and SO good. Outside patio ambience was perfect for our two families. Thank you for a wonderful welcome to the neighborhood, we look forward to becoming “regulars”!

My family is new to Louisiana and we came here for an outdoor dinner last night. Everything was absolutely amazing, the food was fantastic (seriously the best cauliflower ever!) but 10/10 will be back because of the staff. They were so welcoming and accommodating, and so friendly. Thank you for representing our new home state so beautifully!
