I came here with my mom and two sisters for dinner. We waited 25 to be seated, which I don’t mind. Once seated though, we waited about 10 minutes for our waitress to come back with our drinks which she messed up. After taking our order, she disappeared and never came back. I wanted to change my drink because the water tasted funny but couldn’t. Our food took an hour (not exaggerating, a full hour), and all we ordered was a small pizza, a salad, and a pasta. The salad was messed up. Once she delivered the food, she left again and was gone another 30 minutes. We wanted to order dessert, but by that point, there was no way we were risking waiting another hour. We actually had to go grab her to get the check. The food was terrific! I don’t know if they were just understaffed (it didn’t seem that way) or if our waitress just didn’t care. I’m not the type that’s gonna complain about all the little things. If it was just a long wait, I’d say it’s a great place, just don’t come hungry, and don’t have any plans for the rest of the evening. But never getting checked on for an hour..

Caesar salad is always a solid starter choice but what comes out of their pizza oven is always the true winner. I always get a pizza loaded down with combos of meat and never leave disappointed. Also the meatballs are worth a try to accompany the meal as well. Highly recommend for a bite but service can run long because of their volume and too loud for a date night.

Our visit to Frank's was absolutely amazing! They had outdoor seating which was great, the food was absolutely delicious, and our server Horia was a real French delight. She was bubbly, personable, and polite. We'll definitely be back for the pizza and drinks and would love if we could have her as our server! We tried 3 different pizzas and 3 different drinks and we loved every bit of it. Go to Frank's! Trust me!!

Bill took care of my husband's going away party as a first sergeant here in Shreveport. He has orders to Korea for the next year. This night meant a lot to us and while we asked to take up a lot of his section and wasn't sure on the details of how many our party was going to be. he went above and beyond and took care of each one of our military members. I couldn't be more proud and more thankful of Mr Bill. With tears my eyes I truly say thank you.

Frank’s has always been the place to go!! From the drinks to the food to the service, everything is amazing. I’ve been going here since day one and everything is still great! You can’t say that about a lot of restaurants in Shreveport. I’m already planning my next visit!
