Found this restaurant and was worth the trip off the interstate. Fresh herbs and seasonings flavored each dish well. We started with fried cheese that was flavored with mint and garlic and is such a unique appetizer. We then had the Athena special plate for two. It was delicious! Definitely the best grape leaves and kibby I've ever had! Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The Lebanese tea was refreshing and a great compliment to a flavorful meal!

I sat out on the patio. Tables socially distant. Though it was a cold day, I had a seat in the sun and I was comfortable in a flannel shirt. I started off lunch with Red Lentil Soup, then Lamb Kabob. Very tasty food. A server told me the patio was dog friendly, but there were no dogs there while I dined. Excellent service.

My partner and I recently tried this place out for date night and let me tell you... it was without a doubt the best Greek/Lebanese food I've ever had. And it's right here in Shreveport! The service was amazing, the food was fresh, and everyone was so pleasant. I see myself making this a regular dinner location, and my goal is to try EVERYTHING on the menu! Love this place!

Stopped in for some quick carry-out and was not disappointed. The lamb kebab was tender and flavorful, but the real treat was the grilled veggies. If I could have a whole plate of their veggies and hummus I'd be in heaven. Service was friendly and quick! I'll be back.

Decided to try some mediterranean food as that's one of the things we haven't found here we liked since moving from Alabama. We tried a different restaurant but ended up at Athena's which worked out. It will not disappoint!nnLovely staff, atmosphere feels like home and they even had a little store to buy things. My combination plate was so good and Soo filling (I think I over ate with our app and the salad).nnOooo the salad had a zing to it that perfectly hugged my taste buds that even our 19 month old loved, which was surprising cause she doesn't like anything with a pop, not even black pepper!nnAnd when I noticed I was out of salad it was the right moment as our meal came!! I got the combination plate while hubs got the chicken Shawarma Pasta. Both were Soo good, chicken is seasoned to perfection on both entrees. His noodles combination was delightful while my gyro meat with sauce was uhhh I wish I had more .. wait I do! I have left overs .nnA new favorite in Shreveport for mediterranean. They won us for repeat customer and I can see why!! Next time I hope we have room for dessert!!
