Orr BMW has never failed to take care of me. When I needed them the most, they took care of me when one of the most traumatic events happened in my life. I had only been working a few months and they still did all they could to help me through my tough time. I have also had the ability to meet people who have the best hearts and want to help not only me, but their customers as well so they have the best service and experience. We don't just sell cars and fix them, we create a relationship with the people we meet an make a family. I love my BMW family and know you will too.

Went online to design the vehicle I wanted. Received contact from salesman who asked me to come in. Responded that I wanted two things only. The price of the vehicle and an availability date. When I finally got a price I noticed that it was almost 1500 dollars than pricing from two Texas dealerships.nnDon’t even waste your time using the build application online. Orr wanted to charge 2000 dollars more than the online price. This is the problem when there is no competition in Shreveport; I honestly can’t say anything positive about Orr BMW or Porsche.nnTake the drive to Dallas or New Orleans to get your car. This is the second time that I ended taking the drive and both times saved thousands of dollars. I purchased my Porsche and BMW in Dallas.

Unorganized staff. Most stared at me. Never asked if I needed hip. One young man Devin was so courteous I went back to purchase a vehicle but he wasn't there according to the receptionist who offered me other salesmen. I declined. Went to Tyler Texas for the purchase.
