Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Shreveport. Nick Malone was wonderful and honest helping me with my purchase without seeing the vehicle in person, everything was done over the phone. He was able to provide me with all the pictures and video I requested. Nick also made sure the vehicle was ready for my shipper. Vehicle arrived in pristine condition and I’m extremely pleased, impressed and happy with the experience. Hope everyone who reads this review have the same experience that I had.

Our salesman Jacob and his team at Mercedes of Shreveport were phenomenal! The vehicle that we wanted was located at another dealership, and Jacob personally delivered the vehicle to my house (2 hours away). Jacob is knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure we were getting everything we wanted in a vehicle. If there were more stars I would give them! Excellent!

I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport & more importantly Brian Hemion. We found the car I wanted online & knowing it was over 700 miles away we needed someone who would make the process as straightforward and easy as it could be. Brian & Abby were amazing at keeping us updated, and streamlining the buying process. We arrived into town earlier than planned but was welcomed as soon as we arrived & was happy to find the car ready for us. Brian made sure to go over every detail of the car with us since we can't just pop by, he even offered to make videos if we have questions after leaving town. It's not everyday you find such a great group of people to work with, everyone at the dealership was very kind and ready to help us.

After deciding that I wanted a Mercedes and visiting other dealerships, I quickly discovered that I should’ve started at Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport to begin with!nUpon walking onto the lot and visiting with Cameron Rogers, I was instantly aware that my purchase would occur here. He was completely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. No question was irrelevant to him and he made me feel like I was the only one he needed to deal with at that time.nIt was so much fun when I got to cut his tie off (evidently it’s a tradition to do so) because he sold me the Mercedes and it happened to be his first new car sale.nFrom the sales person to the sales manager and then the finance office, the entire process was efficient and personable.

Nick provided excellent service throughout the entire process. Quick and easy buying process. Streamlined an efficient. Nick was very personable, remembered our names and used them often. Everything was top notch throughout the entire process. Would recommend using this dealership!
