I love these guys at Yokem!! My sales lady Angelia Harris let me see everything I wanted to see and drive! My top priority was ease of getting to the three car seats I need to use. And I wanted it too look GOOD, but I got GREAT! I love my new Highlander the leg room inside is great we have tall people in my family, except me I was concerned about “was it to big “? Absolutely not what I can see while drive is remarkable because of all the ways this seat fits my short self. Can’t say enough about Yokem from sales team to financial office very caring people. Great experience with my sales rep Angelia Harris. She really is friendly and tries to help you locate something you want, more importantly she doesn't try to give you false belief in a product or a deal. The financial team was great too. Hope to remain in business with Yokem long term.

I only have good things to same about Yokem Toyota. This is my second purchase. And I am loving my new ride. 2021 Rav4. The salesmen and the purchasing lady are great people. Really make you feel comfortable. Thank y'all so much.

For starters we didn't buy here in 2018 even though they are the closest. We drove to Monroe to purchase as Van Trows price was much more reasonable. Then in 2020 we started to have a sun roof issue. Figured warranty work, so shouldn't have an issue. Guess again!! They replaced the sunroof.. after my wife taking it in several times. We were told that type of work is outsourced to a local shop... then they decided to do it in house. Pick up the vehicle.. the driver seat squeaks and wicked rattle came from the lift gate trim. Took it back in, the solutions given were lube the seat & and glue the panels on the lift gate. To get them to fix it correctly it took several calls to corporate and getting the GM involved. Got the car back Saturday with these in the bumper. Thus screaming anything but professionalism

I will not buy a car anywhere else. All of the sales and finance associates are amazing. They make you feel like family. And the service department is also amazing. The best place to buy and care for your vehicles.
