We had a great time staying in the cabin at Buzzard Bay Landing and RV park. Cathy and Russell were great hosts. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and the boat tour. Great for kids and adults! Location was perfect!

Beautiful, privately-owned RV park right on the shore of Caddo Lake. We came up for Easter Weekend, and we wished we could've stayed longer! The owners are the nicest, most accommodating ppl. We had to shorten our stay by one night, due to unexpected RV repairs, and they were more than happy to work with us and adjust our invoice and billing. The RV pads are paved, and have 50 and 30 amp, with water and sewer. They have laundry facilities on site, if you need them, and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and make suggestions for activities to do in the area. The park feels remote and secluded, without being too far off the beaten path. If you like to fish or be on the water, they have a boat ramp and dock. The place is super popular, so if you think you want to stay here, plan ahead! I honestly can't think of enough nice things to say about Buzzard Bay. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and we hope to make it back, for longer, sometime soon!

Wow! What a hidden gem! Cathy & Russell are nothing short of amazing. We were welcomed to come early in the day on our first day and to stay late on our last day! You can see the water from each RV site. Some were rock and some were concrete pads. 30/50 hookups. An hour from Jefferson and only 10 mins to the general store where you can get basically anything to eat and pick up essentials- like beer. Very country little store that serves breakfast all day too!nHighly recommend taking the private boat tour with Russell through the swamp! It’s a 2 hour boat ride and he tells you a little history.nWe enjoyed this place so much and will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, nature left intact! Tons of shade and a lovely doc to fish from. Neighbors and owners are friendly, kind, helpful, and full of great stories and laughs. If you are looking for peaceful, this is your spot!

Completely remade now with paved RV pads and hookups, plus rental cabins. Parking lot at boat launch made larger and with new entry pattern makes launching very smooth. The old house is gone and a newly built store that is clean with very friendly and helpful personal, selling live bait, soft drinks, and snacks. Awesome launch or get-a-way on Caddo Lake.
