We usually go to this Starbucks when we are in Shreveport. The drinks are usually very good and so is the customer service. I have to brag on this lady that waited on us. I didn't get her name but she worked on Friday evening, March 19, 2021. I came in wanting a drink from a tiktok video, which I'm sure is annoying. (I will write it down next time.) She was very kind and helpful. 5 stars ud83cudf1f

I’ve never left a bad review until now.nLora is the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever dealt with, ESPECIALLY in a customer service manner. I will never go there again as long as she works there. I even mentioned it to friends and one said she took a picture of her car and when her car is there she won’t stop. Every other person who had been there recently knew exactly who I was speaking about and described her exactly. Horrible horrible manners and lack of respect for others. There are correct ways to speak to people and she is missing this quality!!! Unacceptable!!!

They service was good when I was there. I ordered my 9 year old daughter a pink drink and my 10 year old niece a caramel frappe cream based because she can’t have coffee, I live over 15 miles away so I didn’t know it had coffee in it until I got home to them. I’ve tried calling a 10000 times and the phone just rings. I understand the drive thru is busy but there was at least 4 people sitting there doing nothing. So why is it so hard for someone to answer the phone?

Not my cup of tea... well coffee lol. The line was very long and moved very slowly. The food was hot and fresh but lacked meat and flavor. The brownie was delicious!!!ud83dude0b The frappe was disgusting, I think it needed more chocolate or something. I’m probably just not a frappe kinda guy. I think I’ll give em a second chance and try one of their refreshers tomorrow and see how it goes.
