Would give 0 stars.nnWhen we called, Ford employee told us it was $100 inspection fee that would be Waived if we did repairs through them.nWhen we showed up to the appointment they tell us its $150 for the inspection (we already knew the exact problem...) that would NOT be waived.nnThey charged over $600 for a Ford focus window motor replacement.nDidn't have the motor so they had to order one (went in on friday)nGot our call that it was finished late Monday...nnThey tried to charge us another surprise $200 past original estimate.nnThis place will rob you. Never going back to this Ford dealership.
