Second time of going to the Rose's in Dalton. I couldn't have ask for a better bunch of people thank you so much to the ladies at the customer service desk they were both awesome and a blessing not sure of the ladies name that helped me yesterday but God Bless you and thank you from the bottom of my heart you went above and beyond there was another young lady there I want to say the same to thank you so much all of the ones who helped me yesterday y'all deserve recognition and a raise because y'all both went above and beyond and u didn't have to. I will definitely recommend the Rose's discount store in Dalton Ga on Glenwood Ave.

Really like coming here. They do have bargains on items that actually cost more at Walmart and Ollie's (next door) like shirts, jeans, socks, laundry hampers and wastebaskets just to name a few. Parking is kinda cramped, as Rose's shares the parking lot with Kroger, Ollie's and places to eat. Worth the drive and shop. And yes, the employees were wearing masks although several of the customers weren't.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is set up in a very clear way. The prices are reasonable,and they have a great selection.

Customer service is real friendly, and I love the items available for purchase. Nice clothes, furniture, stuff for the bathroom, bed comforters. I love the Christmas items they have for sale as well.

None of the employees wear their mask properly or at all. Most employees are very rude. Things ring up for the wrong price a lot. Even when the tag says the correct price. You really have to check your receipt. This store has okay deals, but it honestly isn't worth the terrible experience to get them. It was really nice when it opened and it's unfortunate that it went down hill so fast.
