Usually I find the staff very nice and friendly but today for the second time I encountered a very RUDE experience with pharmacist Nita P. On both occasions she was very rude and short when I was trying to explain my situation. She always makes me feel like I do not know anything and made me feel like I am in the wrong. The rest of the staff is great but I am close to changing my pharmacy.

Had an amazing guest experience at Walgreen's. Guest associate Rylee along with Breannie. They went above and beyond along with Manager Jeremy Johnston to ensure all of my needs were met. I definitely know great customer service when I see it. Before I started my own company I was the Director of an International Sales and Customer Service Service Division for Windstream Communications a Fortune 500 Company. Just paid $12 for one pill. (Should have been a 30 day supply) Didn't verify with me or the doctor. Let it go and wouldn't own up to their mistake with a correction or refund.
