I went on a rainy Monday morning with my bf and the sales rep, Tyler, didn't hesitate to stand out there with us! I had my eyes set on ONE specific vehicle, and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. With his patience and running in and out of the building, I was able drive off in practically a NEW car. Hi. My name is Cole. My wife and I bought a car from Easy Auto a couple months ago and we are just now realizing just how terrible of a deal they gave us. I had my credit union look at the deal and Easy Auto sold me a car that was worth $8,000 for the price of $14,600. After taxes and fees and trade in and everything, they wound up financing $16,800 for a $8,000 car. Even worse than that, they paired me with a lender who is going to make me end up paying over $25,000 over the life of the loan for a car that is not even worth a third of that amount.nnIt gets even worse. I have had nothing but issues with the car since my wife and I bought it. And Easy Auto isn’t there for us to do repairs on the vehicle or help with any of it. 3 months and 1 week since our purchase (a week after the 3 month warranty expired) the engine has completely failed and needs to be replaced in entirety. And all we were offered is another loan on top of the existing. Since we’re a one-car family with two full-time jobs between us, this has made our lives impossible. If it wasn't for help from family and friends, this lemon we were sold would be the end of our livelihoods. The old saying is, “don’t let them see you coming.” Well, they saw us coming. And they bent us over a table. And this was when we were in a moment of need because after 5 years with the first car they sold us, we started having issues.nnDo yourselves a favor and get far away from this place. If this is how they treat returning customers, don't think that you'll be exempt.nnEdit: In response to the owner, I refuse to dig myself even deeper into debt by taking another loan to repair a car that I am already slated to pay triple the value of that has only lasted 3 months on the road. We may be over on the miles applicable in the warranty, but does that change the fact that the car has completely failed to function? Not sure what you pointing that out in your response does for you. We are not long-haul trucking in our Hyundai Sonata, we are working people with a commute.nWe are already slated to pay 17 thousand dollars more than what this car is worth over the next 4+ years, and I am not exactly thrilled to take out ANOTHER loan for a minimum of 2-3 thousand more dollars to have the engine replaced when it only kept us mobile for 3 months. We want out.

Didn't buy my sister's car here, but WOW what GREAT people!!! They will DEFINITELY work with u on Vehicles!!! The ONLY reason my sister didn't buy a car here was she didn't see what she WANTED but AGAIN they r GREAT people!! GO SEE EM FOLKS!!
