Excellent service and great salesperson. Ross Chadwick is the man you want to see for a new vehicle. He definitely knows his stuff and is very informative to every detail. Omar was wondering with getting my luggage rack finally fixed the right way. After 3 failed attempts by another dealership. He even took care of the other recall I had. And changed my key fob battery. A definite score in my heart. And a huge thanks to Mr. Upton for overseeing it all. Dalton Ford is the best!!

We bought our Expedition from Jason Denson in 2005! We just traded it in March 2021! We have had 16 years of great service with Ford here in Dalton. The news isn't always great when it comes to repairs that we all know can happen but these guys have always been upfront and honest with us!!nA lot has changed with Cars and Car sales in all those years, but we haven't!! We are still relationship people especially when is comes to a purchase as BIG as buying a Car!! Byron Snyder was just what the Doctor ordered for our car buying experience! He is an Old School Professional! He got to know us and listened to what we needed. He didn't try to sell us what he thought we needed he actually heard what we needed and found the best possible match for us!! He personally came and got our trade to get evaluated and sat and talk with us like equals!! He answered every question and addressed every concern in detail with respect and kindness! If you are old school like we are Byron is your man!! You will feel good about your decision to buy from him instead of bowled over and confused!! Thank you Ford of Dalton!!

Amazing experience all around. Starting on their website and receiving attentive assistance from Samantha. She made follow up calls driving my rainy 1 1/2 hour drive to ensure my safety. She connected me with Ricky Howe for my test drive. Ricky went above and beyond in many ways throughout my experience. He had the vehicle ready and was very knowledgeable about the specifics of that SUV. He is a family man and wanted to make sure this vehicle was the best fit and safest for my 16 year old daughter. Ricky made the paperwork for purchase efficient. He even came in on his day off to ensure the vehicle was cleaned, up to all safety standards and ready for delivery. Additionally impressive, he called to ensure that my daughter was happy! The management staff was also friendly and engaging. The experience made you feel like you were dealing with family. We are looking forward to returning to Ford of Dalton and Ricky when it's time to pick up my hubby's Ford Bronco. Highly recommend this dealership--worth the drive!

Great experience at Ford of Dalton. James was very patient and worked with me every step of the way. After having terrible experience with many other car dealers, this was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend dealing with Ford of Dalton.
