I’m not the type to usually leave a review about anything but the attitude I encountered from the man working on 11/10/19 at around 1:00pm was completely uncalled for. I stopped only for gas, but when I realized that paying for gas with cash costs you 10 cents more a gallon I asked for my money back. He gave me a refund but was extremely rude about it saying something like “Yeah just take the money somewhere else. Hell, I don’t care where you go.” So much for customer service.... I know that losing one customer doesn’t amount to anything for Circle K, but from now on I will always go to the Mapco next door. The people at Mapco are friendlier and I don’t get penalized for paying with cash.
Staff was friendly, Polar Pops are great!
I got gas here today and I was disappointed. The store was very dirty and the employees seemed very disinterested in me. Just not as good overall as when it was kangaroo. Also a lot of people just seem to hang out and loiter here.
I don't know who the blonde guy with glasses is that works in there but he needs a attitude check he was disrespectful and cussed me out terrible customer service
Need to make sure paper is always in pumps that's the reason for pay at the pumps. Always out of paper!
