Poor experience every time I come to this Starbucks. The baristas always seem to have an attitude and this time they laughed when I asked for my drink and said they were out. Last time I visited they were complaining (loudly) about having to put an extra pump of vanilla syrup and sweet cream cold foam in my drink. I’d skip this location if at all possible. I prefer not to get made fun of when ordering a drink.
Specifically asked for croissant to be heated was not even warm when I got it. Possibly work on employee listening skills.
Made me pay extra for lite ice didn’t even put the full amount off coffee that the size needed and still filled it to the brim with ice...when did paying for less ice become a thing???
I always order the caramel macchiato venti. The service was great coffee was exceptional. Strange to see a Starbucks inside of a Kroger I've always seen a side of Target but nonetheless the experience was noteworthy
