My family and I visited the establishment and were expecting nothing but the best after reading the reviews. Immediately after putting in an order we had an issue. They did not have the right dollars to give us our change, and we were forced to get something we didn’t want just to get the value out of the amount that we paid. When we received our order we were very dissatisfied. Anything mango doesn’t even taste like mango, and we learned that you can’t say “ I want a mango bubble tea” or they won’t give you any. The employee said we had to say “I want a mango milk tea with bubble IN the tea.” I just assumed if you order a bubble tea it would be a given that you want bubble in the tea. Also, I was surprised that the staff didn’t try and do something extra to counter the inconvenience. After reading all of these good reviews about how friendly and nice the staff is, they didn’t do much besides smile and say sorry

Did not meet expectations. After seeing all the reviews I was super excited to try this place. The açaí bowl is a very small portion and was too frozen to eat right away, the toppings were great though. The mango smoothie tasted off and the donut was just okay. I was unable to try the coffee, maybe that’s what makes it good. The atmosphere is wonderful.

The staff is SO friendly and kind. They took their time to make sure our order was perfect. When there was a small mistake they fixed it for free and gave us a free pastry. Amazing service. It is also so clean. ALSO the best coffee I have ever had!!! Cannot wait to come back.

I travel a lot and always like to check out local coffee shops. This one surprised me. Probably the coolest one I’ve been to in terms of atmosphere, wonderful staff, everything tastes great. My son wants to open his own coffee shop sometime and I’m taking him here before we leave so he can see how it’s done right.
