Decided to order from Pizza Hut because it was what my friends and I wanted. Ordered the pizza around 7:10. Received a text message saying that my pizza was out for delivery around 7:25. I was pumped that my pizza was already out for delivery that quickly. We held off on playing a board game until the food got there. Around 8 We got tired of waiting on the pizza and decided to call and ask about the status of our order. I live 6 minutes away from the store. So I thought 35 minutes was plenty of time to get it to my house. My call was answered and when I asked about it I was told that it was bagged up and on its way then they hung up. At 8:30 we finally received our pizza and wings. The delivery driver was very nice but the pizza was barely warm and the wings weren’t good. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. This was the second time I had to wait over an hour for my pizza and now will be ordering from other pizza chains in the area.

I went to this Pizza Hut and had to wait for an hour for a medium pizza. I ordered a medium pizza and before it was all over...I was given what they wanted me to have...A large pizza. This occurred because the lady who took my order wasn’t paying attention. She was only interested in an outside order (meal) to arrive, so that she could go home. I didn’t understand why everyone who had come in after me were receiving their orders (and no...They did not order them before hand, they ordered them at the counter...Like I did). There were four people in the back who were working and at least two of them seemed none too interested in being there. One of them was just walking around talking about how he was ready to go home. The manager saw me when I first came and she had left the building and came back and I was still there. She had to instruct the workers (upon her return) to make haste on my order. The pizza was hot and delicious...Once I finally got it. But, would I go to this particularly Pizza Hut again...Heck naw!!!

The last 3 times I've ordered delivery here my food has been either cold, missing items, or just nasty. I ordered tonight and instead of informing me they were out of cheese sticks they just gave me fries. This is one of the worst Pizza Hut's I've eaten at. Management need to step it up.

Pretty frustrating. I love Pizza Hut pizza but this is the second time I’ve ordered from the one in Monroe and without fail I get a timely “Your order is out for delivery” (I live 4 min away) and it takes up to an hour to be delivered. This time I received the text and after 35 min of waiting I called and they said “shoot! We forgot to send it out with the delivery guy. We’ll get it out to you shortly.” ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f
