Last night was the first time my family ordered Chipotle online. We set our pickup time for 7pm and arrived at that time. The restaurant was very busy (which was not surprising since it was dinner time). There were about 5 or 6 other people waiting for their online orders when we arrived.nnWe ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for our food to be prepared. While the staff members were nice, there was no sense of urgency and no one apologized for the wait time.nnWhen we got home, none of the bowls were marked (we had 4) so it was difficult to determine which bowl was which. Also, 2 of the orders were wrong, with items missed or added that were not on the order. In addition, we requested double meat on one bowl and there was barely enough meat for a standard order.nnWhile the food was good, I was disappointed because no time was saved ordering online (since I had to wait 30 minutes after arriving), I wasted $7 for additional meat that was not added, and finally, the orders were not filled correctly.nnI do not plan on ordering online again for this location because I do not trust the staff to prepare the order correctly without watching them do it in person.

This location is usually on top of their game, but last night they dropped the ball. I placed an order at 8:45 & still ended up waiting almost an hour to get my order that they could not complete due to a lack of ingredients. Had it been completed at the appropriate time, I’m sure I would have received what I originally ordered. People were walking in ordering and STILL getting checked out before me, How!? I thought that was the purpose of ordering online...I approached the register to ask the cashier what was going on and she fumbled through a stack of web orders until she found mine, so apparently they weren’t even in order. Extremely unacceptable. She gave me 2 free drinks, but I didn’t order drinks, I wanted what I ordered. Won’t be going back for a while, but I do expect some type of compensation, that was nerve-wrecking

It was very tasty. The enchilada was a little too chewy for me. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed theirs.

The. Worker yelled out that they didn't have any more chip while i was waiting in line that was past the door.... When i reached the counter, another worker explained that she was just as confused as i was because the chips were only for online orders.... Disappointed. I had to make a separate trip to kroger to enjoy my meal

I was hoping for a healthy meal last night so I thought Chipotle would be the perfect place to order food. Boy was I disappointed and in for a rude awakening. I ordered the Keto Salad Bowl, and it was disgusting to say the least. It was super hot & spicy to the point of being unpalatable. I had to throw it in the trash. What a waste of money. I won’t be going back.
