Outstanding service and wines! They went way above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our tasting and found wines that we would love.

My wife and I ordered two bottles of the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon via Col Solare website. The bottles shipped on time and arrived when they were supposed to. The problem came when we went to open the first bottle and realize that the bottle was corked. Mind you this is a $75 bottle of wine. I reached out to Col Solare via email and did not hear anything for the next 10 days. I reached out to them again, this time via phone. The gentleman I spoke with inform me that the winery does not handle online orders that it is a separate entity. He told me that he would put me in touch with the entity when able. A few days later I received an email from the concierge who asked me about the issues we were having. The concierge in for me that they would ship us a new bottle the following Tuesday and to ensure that someone was home for Thursday delivery. Low and behold Thursday rolls aroundm,w stays home to ensure that we can receive the delivery, and we received nothing. Not an email, not a replacement bottle, not a single thing. We have ordered or bought many bottles from Col Solare but this last order will be the last. If you value customer service you will not buy from this winery.nn**Edit: we finally got a hold of a customer service rep and they made things right by shipping us two new bottles. It took multiple phone calls and multiple emails but they corrected the situation which is why I have adjusted the star rating.**

This was my favorite winery on a recent tour of Columbia Valley wineries. The setting and grounds are spectacular and the wines are outstanding.nnThe tasting price point is typical for a premium winery as quality tends to not come cheaply ($22 for a generous 3 wine pour). Feel free to “revisit” any of the wines sampled.nnThe staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We enjoyed our tasting inside where we could monopolize our server’s time with questions, but they will gladly serve you outdoors where you can take in the expansive vineyard views.nnStrongly recommend.
