The manager was HORRIBLE and RUDE!!!! I called about a complaint about my food. Instead of asking me how she can fix my problem, the manager ranted about me posting that her service was bad and then told me that she could fix me 1 wing and send it to me. She overtalked me. Didn't listen to anything I was trying to say and then handed the phone to another person to get my order for the 1 wing she was going to send out. If you charge someone $1 per wing, you should make sure all the wings are in the box before sending it. But also, don't be rude and nasty about the situation if you mess up and the customer calls you on it! If your company messed up, just fix it and maybe the customer will write a review about how the problem was fixed. I ordered from this place EVERY week and this is how they treat regular customers. Like she said, she has the right to treat customers any way she wants to. And I have the right to spend my money elsewhere and tell everyone about the poor customer service Johnny's Pizza on Salem Road gives!!!!

I really enjoyed Johnny's New York Style pizza in Conyers. This place is a real pizza lovers oasis in the south where good pizza is hard to find. Comfortable family style dining meshed with that old time northern style pub setting. Sam (Owner) came right out from the kitchen to ask if we enjoyed our pizza. ☺ He even gave us a sample of his tasty original sauce. Great food. Good for a family outing with the kids. THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I CONSISTENTLY RECEIVE. They are always timely with my order and I always order my usual which is the tasty Mediterranean salad and spaghetti with meatballs for my daughter. I appreciate your service and the amazing food!

Johnny's Pizza on cascade was EXTREMELY WARM and WELCOMING. If you want the experience of a laid back,no unnecessary drama.... then this is the place to be! If you want to know what real pizza taste like... check it out!!! Review from an actual customer!

We had to finish cooking pizza in our oven when we arrived home. Afterwards the pizza was great, however I would have liked them to have performed a quality checked before boxing the food.nnI was told to follow up with Manager because of review. I contacted the Manager and he informed me the Owner would like to speak to me and I never heard from the Owner.
