Not sure why they decided to close five hours early but we used doordash and we were not aware that they were closed until 45 minutes later. It would have been nice to know instead of us waiting until 7 to find out that we're gonna have to wait another 45 minutes to find another place to eat from. But I just went out on my own and decided to pick it up myself and Freddie's got our business.

Needless to say I got $50 worth of pizza and everyone was wrong. I got all thin crust. TrynCalling 5x no answer it said mailbox was full. I will not be back. Lucky the kids said is fine we'll eat it cuz they don't want spit in the new pizza's

Order supreme Pizza they had no onions bell pepperand then they put mushrooms on the pizza didn't know if we eat mushrooms. They gave me thin crust pizza said something was wrong with their pizza dough. Young lady said some rise and some don't. Very dissatisfied.

In addition to pizza, we place an order of breadsticks. When we got home, there were 3 and they had some cheese on them. This was not what we ordered but it was late and when we called, they were closed. We called the next day and they refused to fix it the issue because my boyfriend didn't return them. Of course not! They would have thrown them in the trash anyway. The pictures he took, he could have pulled out the rest of the breadsticks and only posted pictures of the 3 that we were claiming. You can not return fast food the next day for health reasons. This is ridiculous.

I ordered online to pick up at 11. This location opens at 10:30 but didn’t answer the phone or unlock the doors until 11:15. Never apologized or gave any reason. If I had not already paid for my pizzas online, I would have went somewhere else.
