My husband and I needed to update our wills as it had been over 35 years since our last writing. We worked with Carrie Bootcheck. Her service was exceptional. She not only helped us with our wills but also advised us of other important documents we needed in place as we are getting older. She helped us with Power of Attorney and Health Directive information and advised us on wording required for our home deed. She quickly answered all our questions, explaining terminology we did not understand in simple terms, responding quickly to our inquiries. I highly recommend everyone having an up-to-date will, power of attorney, and health directive, regardless of age. And we highly recommend Carrie as your agent.

i had a very detailed will to write that included several things i was unfamiliar with. Carrie Bootcheck had several options on how to handle everything and i was very pleased with her knowledge and expertise on these areas. She was very quick to respond to my emails and made changes promptly. I was very pleased with my overall experience at this firm and with Carrie!!!

Excellent attorneys. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I have worked with Carrie and Mike on several issues over they years. Most recently I went through a very difficult time with a family friend. I literally did not have any idea where to begin. I called Carrie Bootcheck and she guided me through the entire process. She clearly explained options to me and was always available to answer questions. Ultimately, Carrie handled the Guardianship, and later the Probate process.
