I have been a huge fan of Georgia Bob's since the Bluebird days (some know what I am talking about). However, I went to this particular restaurant and ordered the grilled chicken plate and a rib plate. All I'm saying is that if you plan to put smoked ribs in water (boiled) at least put them in a rotisserie to get your flavor into it. There was no way you can tell me the ribs were not boiled. I put them in the rotisserie for 20 minutes and got a little char and they were better. Please,please, don't ruin the name of Georgia Bob's.
