Poor customer service, long wait when picking up call in order, staff doesn't acknowledge customers walking up to window until they're ready to and they never have everything on menu available. Chicken restaurant with no chicken legs or thighs available. All around bad experience. Will not be eating here again. Carter's Chicken Patterson, GA is awesome!!

This is normally a good place to eat but lately something has changed with the quality of service and value of the food vs actual cost. The fries are rarely done and the chicken portions are very small. There always seems to be tension amongst the employees.

I grew up next to this place! It use to be the best place to eat!!!!! Now it's just ok!

Waited 45 minutes for cold food. Was told no bbq sauce that was sitting in the cooler. Very slow service time for new management.
