We order from here often. Most of the time we get great pizza. But tonight our pizza was cold, took 35 minutes to arrive after it was out of the oven and in quality check. I called because the web said our pizza was delivered and it wasn't. I asked about it being in quality check 35 minutes and was told it will still be hot, its been under heat lamps. What? Well it wasn't hot. It was cold.
Manager is extremely unprofessional, and has no problem being rude to customers over the phone and through her son (an employee). She picks and chooses who she will deliver to based on her own warped sense of entitlement. She has definitely lost this customer and potentially more who frequent Coyote Canyon and Martinez & Martinez wineries!!
I use the online app to order. It’s so easy to use, You can earn rewards with the app free pizza) Dominos remembers my easy orders. The food is always made well and tastes great. Delivery is quick, staff is always friendly. Thank you Domino’s!
I originally called Pizza Hut for delivery in Grandview and they said they Weren’t delivering right now, so I called Dominos 10 miles away and delivered to me. Excellent service and the pizza was excellent. Even better than Pizza Hut. ud83dude0bud83dudc4d
