Great chicken tenders. Their traditional bone-in wings are not that great.
Ordered ahead on app before I left for break. Took 30 min. When I finally got it, the order was wrong. Had to go inside anyways. Very inconvenient. Took my entire break and then some. Would have gotten it quicker if I went through the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous.
Dinning room girl only new to clean tables and she wasn't cleaning her hands before fixing customers drinks. Not sure if the table with barrier is better then customers getting their own drinks if customers and employees can walk around table and beside table on the same side of the barrier as the dinning room worker was on.nFront counter employee did not seem happy throwing sauces and wipes in the bags.nFood smells great hope it taste even better!!ud83eudd17!
The new Spicy Signature Sandwich was delicious. That spicy Zac sauce might be my new fry dipping sauce too. Thrilled zaxbys is back to putting more seasoning on fries as well.
Walk in social distancing as required counter person very unpleasant ,no hello good evening may I help you are anything. Waited 32 minutes for as Cobb salad that came out looking like it was on a diet with brown lettuce ! NOT only that the person bagging my food has no gloves on after I just watched her tug at her hat several times then touch my food with her bare hands we are in a pandemic protective gear is required same with the cashier tugging at her hat hair ect then touching customers food! Management was no help he didn't even try to fix the problem ! as I sat othose 30+minutes I saw two different drive thru customers having to come inside do to wrong order or things left out of their order ! Worst experience ever.!
