I just left the restaurant after going through the drive-through during the busy 12 to 1 o’clock hour. My french fries tasted like they have been sitting under a lamp for two hours, my Whopper didn’t have any cheese (which I specifically ordered) and I paid cash and drove away assuming there would be a receipt in my bag. There was no receipt in my bag so for all I know the person at the window took my money and put it in their pocket. I tried to call to speak to a manager, no one answered the phone. Won’t go out of my way to come back to this Burger King again.
Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the improvement at this location. The last several times I have been here the service was very good and the food great! Keep up the good work!
Not so great. Been 3 or 4 times in past 6 months. Drive thru is SLOW. Terrible. Food is blah, tastes old and room temp. People are unapologetic about wait times. I probably will not visit this location again.
They almost never get our orders correctly (as in we always have onions on our for when we ask no to, and they almost never have a working ice machine. But they don't tell you till they take your money to pay and hand you the drinks. Do you know how bad a $3 drink taste with no ice ud83eudd2e.
We go here a lot because the food is cheap and my kids, for some reason, like it. Every single time they mess up the order in one way or another causing us to go back and rectify it. One day we were missing two fries the other day the hamburger was not correct. Today missing a fry when we only ordered one meal. Most of the employees are rude and act like they don’t want to be there and they treat their customers as such. I really wish there was another BK closer.
