Chicken was not as fresh as I wanted. Cashier was friendly tho
The fact that cars are always wrapped around the building lets one know something good comes from there. Them fried okra have me driving from a far just to enjoy the deliciousness
I went to the one in Valdosta based on the reviews that I read here. The personnel there acted like they were doing me a favor. The little girl behind the counter kept getting my order wrong. It was very frustrating. My friend who was with me and ordered right after me saw four orders filled in between ours. They weren’t small orders either. When we inquired, she said I will fill it right now. These were people that came in after us and placed the order. Not call ins, but in person orders.nAnother concern I saw was a tall employee wearing dreadlocks, walked outside with his gloves on and then came back inside and started frying chicken without washing his hands or changing gloves. I won’t even begin to address the improper wear of the facemask. If you want the public to wear their mask properly, shouldn’t your employees also wear theirs properly.
I love the rotisserie chicken, I was sceptic at first then my sister in law put me on them, all I have to say is I that guarantee that you will be back to buy more
Food is good. Place is clean. They forgot items in my order two times in a row. The staff is friendly. I'll continue to go here because everyone makes mistakes.
