Waited an hour in line for food, no exaggeration. When receiving my food we didn’t get any sauce or utensils. When I went inside the cashier was immediately aggressive and trying to argue, then told me I would have to pay for sauces. Thankfully the woman working drive thru was polite and came over to fix the situation. Despite the abysmal experience she was kind and was still providing good customer service, and the food was at least hot and tasty. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day but I’ll be driving a couple hours out next time I want Popeye’s.
Ordered a 12 pieces family meal and it couldn't have been more wrong. My 12 piece was a 9 piece and didn't have a single leg or wing and those are my kids favorites. The chicken in the box looked and tasted damp and old. NO BISCUITS IN THE BAG! 6 biscuits just missing. My mac & cheese turned into mash potatoes. Worst part. I don't live in Valdosta so by the time I made it home, I couldn't do anything.
It was slow, but not bad. They were close to closing so I didn't mind. The customer service was sub par as usual at this location, but the food was hot and they did give me everything I asked for.
Great people work here. And they are quick and efficient..
