Called Barrett’s at 10pm on Friday night and Tyler had Travis to my vehicle in 15 minutes. They made the process smooth and easy. Couldn’t be happier to get great service at a fair price.
Barrett's Towing tried to tow my car.... with me standing right there. They proceeded to try to tell me that they towed my car out of a parking deck where it was illegally parked, and they placed it (where I parked it earlier) so they could tow it. What kind of made up stuff is that? Basically tried to strong arm $225 out of me. This place has towed me previously. Their facility smells like a dead body and my car was haphazardly parked and had a few extra dings in it when I got it back. In general, this company has extraordinarily aggressive tow truck drivers that act like they are repoing your car. Genuinely view this company as a scam, they will take every opportunity to charge exorbitant fees. Completely immoral and money obsessed
They were able to meet me within minutes of calling on a busy night. The process was so easy and they were so helpful!
Called to get a tow, gave the right info and number to call if anything were to change. Didn’t come at the time estimated because they changed when they were coming, didn't inform me, and missed that time too. Almost 3 hours past the call time and nothing. You’re better off pushing your car to the shop cause I can guarantee that you’ll get there faster than these dunces. Happy holidays y’all!
