Service sucks
Service isn't consistent and they always run out of stuff and their equipment never works. Then they stop selling certain items or everything at once. They should just close this location because there is always something going on that prevents them from having good service.
They’re supposed to be 24 hours but they have told me several times before that they are closed, they’ve told my friends and coworkers the same thing before also. I get that every job can be tiresome and annoying, and you don’t feel like doing your job, but it’s a McDonald’s, come on. This place is ran by a bunch of lazy plebeians, may they never know peace
Sat for 10 mins trying to order in lane 1, but the one worker with a headset at the time would only take lane 2 orders. So I pull out and go get in lane 2 thinking maybe the lane 1 speaker is broken. Nope... the worker then takes the order of the person that was behind me in lane 1. We left and went to Wendy's. Please learn to use your headset correctly and alternate between lanes.
Every single time we go here they either close on us EVEN though they are 24 hours OR take today for example, we waited for 10 minutes AT least at the bloody speaker (not including the time in line). No one, NO ONE responded, the line was all the way to the gas pumps and nothing. If the speaker is broken put up a sign. Absolutely ludacris, don't waste your gas or time.
