The first time I utilized my code for entrance into this facility it worked just fine..but in the process I was there after dark trying to unload a uhaul truck full of furniture before morning so I could drop the rental vehicle off..yet it was dark and so I left to go get a few things to assist me...i.e. lightbulb ladder broom to sweep the place out etc..after returning back to this facility and accessing my code I was denied entry into this storage facility...now this inconveniences me in several ways..#1 not being unable to unload the rental truck and return it properly by contract without incurring any extra fees because of not being able to take it back that same night and putting the key in a dropbox..having to unload the truck elsewhere possibly the next morning means I miss a day of work..I paid for storage and insurance 86 dollars for nothing basically and will have to pay for th eff truck another day since I was unable to unload tonight because my code did not allow me access..I just need to be reimbursed for the cost of the storage and may still face repercussions from my job not being able to go to work since I still have a truck full of furniture just sitting here in Warner Robins that I transported from Augusta Ga with Hope's of being able to put up until i make another decision about housing..thanks for nothing

This is a great place if you need a storage unit. They are very compassionate and understanding people that care. So if you need a storage unit I would recommend Fort Knox Storage . Great people great service ! ud83dude0a

I rented Union in Warner Robins Georgia on Green Street I had an incident Graham storm came and put in my music just yet but the agent that I've been dealing with I believe his name is Ralph has done an outstanding job find tax bit constantly and if I call and he misses my call income calls back promptly I would recommend using this sort facility.

the only reason this place has such good reviews is because a few months ago they sent out an email that said if you reviewed you could win a year of free rent, guess they are making that money up by raising everyone else's.nnOriginally gave this storage place 5 stars but have had issues ever since they changed owners, first my lock was changed without any warning and I showed up to find myself locked out an it took over an hour to find someone who could let me in, now they are raising my rent in the middle of a pandemic when most people including myself are out of a job or not able to travel and collect our things, this is disgusting behavior.
