Love this gym! Highly recommend. If you are looking for a gym to really help you meet your fitness goals, actively be a part of your training and be invested in your progress this is the place. These guys truly got me results. Also, they are super friendly, the staff and the community of people who workout here. I always know I’m going to have a good time here.
This gym definitely gets me in shape and has a fun group of people to workout with everyday. The coaches help everyone figure out how to modify workouts best for them and progress their skills and strength. 💪🏼
Thanks to FNX and the trainers I'm in better shape in my 40's than 20's. Crossfit has not just helped me get in shape it's made me a better person, husband and father. FNX and the trainers are like family, pushing everyone to be a better version of themselves. If you haven't given it a shot, now's the time!
