This place is always busy but they always give great customer service! Today I was helped by an awesome woman who really cared about her customers and who you can tell really appreciates her co-workers. I’m just super bummed I didn’t get her name. All I know is she thanked her co-worker for making my sandwich really quick (since I was in a hurry)and she mentioned my name a few times. I really felt appreciated! I hope she reads this and know that she’s appreciated too!
Prosser Starbucks makes the best coffee! They are very consistent and have great customer service. I’m not sure why but prosser makes their iced caramel macchiatos much better than any of the other Starbucks around.
Love this location!nnThere is a rest are across the street, so as a long haul truck driver it makes it super easy to stop in, I do anytime I’m in the area.nAlway a friendly staff, and correct order!nnKeep up the great work!
Can I fast service was incredible.... not in the store for 2 mins. Come here get your coffee. You will be pleased.
Always a great experience. Baristas are friendly and polite as well as engaging. Store layout is beautiful and very convenient location.
