I've had multiple issues with this store in particular when it comes to preparing delivery pizza a hour or two before close, and when go to call it in no one answers the phone, once an employee answered and told me to call back cause they were busy, I did not answer. My last order from here was messed up just Thursday night, I ordered 2 pizzas 1 a Large Cheese Pizza And 1 Any Large pizza for 13n99 y'all sent me 2 cheese pizzas charged me 31 dollars and I tipped the driver to only get 2 cheese pizzas I called no answer I'm extremely disappointed innto this location. I spend too much money to have 3 consecutive messed orders with nothing to show for it but loss money.
Placed an order online, dawdled a bit, then went to pick it up by the time predicted that it would be ready. Get there, no one greets me. During the five minutes I waited to be even acknowledged, I noticed that only one out of the four people there is wearing a mask on their face rather than their chin - and he isn't one of the ones making my food. Doesn't matter in my case, because they are out of what I ordered. Now, I get that it was a website error that allowed me to order food they didn't have, I am not holding their stock against them. It is a busy time. But, there was plenty of time to call me to let me know they didn't have it. Nevermind that they could have found it out in the time I stood there while they ignored me. The shift manager was polite and apologetic after she realized what happened, and I actually wanted to cancel my order once I saw that despite the walls being nearly wallpapered with signs insisting customers wear masks (no complaint there) that the preparers did not. That didn't save me the trip there that a phone call could have saved.nnEvery year or so I give Pizza Hut a chance, and for four years and three stores, I have always been disappointed. Never going to any Pizza Hut ever again.
Per my visit to this Pizza Hut it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I placed an order for pickup online and was quoted 15-20 minutes for my wait time online. When I walked in to pick up my pizza I was not helped at all, the crew was arguing with each other about what pizza goes where, and there have been guests waiting to pick up their pizza’s for more than an hour. I just walked out without even picking up my order and was just disappointed with the presentation and workmanship of this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE
Ordered in the app, had to reorder 3 times due to the restaurant being out off all crust but hand tossed. Arrived for my curbside pick up, parked was prompted by the app to call the store. Was told by management that I had no order. Was placed on hold, listening to restaurant staff searching for my order, whilst watching delivery guys return to the store with pizza to see if they had mistakenly taken mine. This took about 25 minutes then my pizza was brought to me semi warm with apologies from the manager.
I order a pizza for delivery on 03.22.21..I paid over the phone they took the money out my account and all but didn’t bring me my order! I ended up going somewhere else once I realize 4hrs later..they weren’t coming. Didn’t receive my order at all.
