Never attempting to order here again. It seems like every time I try, they’re somehow out of something essential to pizza. They run out of toppings like pepperoni or Canadian bacon. Tonight they’re actually out of pizza dough, which is shockingly terrible for a pizza place.nnWhat kind of pizza place literally runs out of pizza...? Either y’all have a terrible employee who needs to be fired for destroying so much product, or you have a terrible procurement officer who also needs to be fired to simply not ordering the dough. But regardless this store must be hemorrhaging money if you’re having to open to sell virtually nothing.nnHow many customers are giving up like me? Pizza Hut used to be my favorite, but half the time this store can’t fulfill a basic order. Now I’m having to trust Domino’s instead because at least that pizza place actually has pizza for sale.

Not normally a fan of Pizza Hut, but the new Detroit Style pizza is possibly one of the best things they have put out in years. The airy crust is something that they should incorporate into their normal recipes. The detroit style sauce is so bold and almost acidic- it's perfect for the application. I can't speak enough about how much I enjoyed the Detroit Style... It tastes amazing. I really like the quality of their wings now too. Plus they have fries which honestly are pretty good.

I tried to order through the app, couldn't. I tried calling, couldn't get anyone. I was on hold so long it just hung up on me. I drove to the store, and ordered in person. They waited 15 minutes to tell me they were out of the topping i wanted. I got an apology, but it shouldn't be this hard to get an order in, and the point of sale software should inform the cashier when items are out of stock. Absolutely tragic. An hour of my life wasted.

The pizza here is good, and I have no complaints about it. The service, however, has gone downhill pver the past 1-2 years.nnFirst of all, they stopped delivering to my house 15 minutes away, with the only way for me to order pizza being contactless curbside. (Note: they still deliver, as obvious by the delivery cars that I see leaving and coming back)nThis wouldnt be so bad if they didnt take 1 1/2 hours to bring out my pizza unless I hurry them along.nnOverall very mixed feelings, good pizza but the service has been very lackluster
