Domino's Pizza

I have been trying to contact the store for over a half hour because somebody went and added a SECOND TIP onto my order after delivery. I have been hung up on three times now without anybody saying a word to me, and now nobody will answer the phone. I recommend you don't order from here if you don't want them stealing money from you.

Pizza was great always get my order right! Fast and still hot! Love this Domino's been ordering from here since it opened. Great service!

I came to visit my pregnant adopted daughter and they ordered pizza and lava cake. A $30.00 order and delivered it to someone else. Now they are refusing to deliver the order to her and they refused to refund her money back. To watch a pregnant woman cry cause she's craved this all day really disheartening to know these people have no decency to admit when they were wrong. It's alright cause corporate will be contacted. Tonight we had our order come to us completely destroyed and stuck to the top of the pizza box. When we called in, the manager was extremely rude. When telling her about what happened, she let out the biggest annoyed sigh and said, “I guess you want a remake then?” I said absolutely. She said, “Fine, 25 minutes,” and hung up the phone. Never will I order from the location again. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Rude management.

They turn their phones off during normal business hours.nI ordered delivery. The tracker shows that the guy left the store at 6:19 to deliver my pizza. 6:50 he hasn't shown up. I called the store and it rings and rings and rings with out the Domino's options. Nobody answers and the phone hangs up. I called back four times and nobody answers. 7:00 I drive to Domino's Pizza to find out what's going on with my delivery order.nnManager was busy and didn't address the customers that were complaining about their late orders. While in the line I called three times and never heard the phone ring nor did anybody go to the phones.nnThey finally remade my pizza however I used my online coupon for the free pizza, paid online, and even tipped I never got what I ordered.nnThey have three phones up front and all three phones were unplugged. I asked the manager, or the woman who claimed to be the manager who never told me her name nor had a name tag, if there were any issues with the phone and she said they were working fine. I advised her that I had called three times while standing in line and not one person answered the phone nor did the phone ring. She got caught in the lie and you could see that in her facial expression.nnI advised her you cannot ignore the phone calls nor unplug your phones because you're busy. People who have delivery that are trying to get information about their orders or place new orders cannot do so because you have your phones unplugged because you cannot handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.nnI want a full refund for my order as it took over 2 hours, I had to drive there and had to demand to have my pizza remade and I feel that the free pizza order online I lost that on that.nnI ordered the $5.99 deal online because I didn't want to go to the store. If I was going to go to the store to pick it up I would have ordered the carryout special and got a large pizza with three toppings instead of the medium pizza two toppings. Highly disappointed!
