Couldn't have been a more critical situation. I have caught covid, my wife is suddenly symptomatic and she had misplaced our only set of keys. I called the chevy store and the parts guy was super understanding and helpful. He reccomended this company. Zach, listened to my situation, offered a fast and low cost solution. He informed me he had two jobs prior. Took a little bit, as it should have, then he called as he promised. In the interim, we had a small miracle and she found the keys. Zach was happy for us, wished us a speedy recovery and refused any compensation, even though he drove all the way here. The kind of friendly and fair local experience that used to be the norm in small southern towns. Trust me when I say, use these guys, ask for Zach and expect, fair and honest dealings, up front pricing, and a guy looking to help you as much as he is make an honest profit. 5 stars from start to finish.nCam Cox

Gentlemen was very helpful. Was able to tell me how to get keys out of the locked trunk of my daughters car. Wasn’t able to make the hour drive but gave me successful step by step instructions on how to do it. Was going to be 6 days before dealer would have a new laser cut key in and he told me how to do it. Took less than 5 minutes. Saved my daughters graduation weekend.

Called their office, they told me they would be out by noon the following day. Noon passed so I called them back they said it would be a little while longer and that they would call when they came. A few hours pass, again no ALL PRO so I called back, once again I was told they were coming that day and that they would call once they were on they way Following day still no word. There is NO Pro in what they're doing. I understand if an emergency comes up or a job takes longer than expected and it pushes back mine and their time, but what I am amazed at is that they didn't even give their customer the decency of a follow-up phone call to explain there absence. Honestly, I am surprised they are still in business but based off their reviews they must be competent at least 50% of the time.

If you need locksmith services anywhere in the Middle Georgia area and beyond, this is the place to go. Everything about my experience with these folks from the cost, the quality and especially the customer service was beyond what I'd expect from any other outfit. I've dealt with various other locksmiths before and not a one could hold a candle to these guys.nnThanks guys, you're really the best.
