Busy location
All I can do is shake my head with this place. Slow service. Employees that are rude and just don't care. I am giving an extra star because the male employee that cane out to my waiting truck with the order was polite. If all their employees were like him it would have been 5 stars.
Got a chicken biscuit meal yesterday, no hashbrown in the bag.nnGave them a second chance today. 2 burgers onlynKetchup and cheese, and there was pickles on one.nnI can’t go here anymore. I go before work or on my break so I don’t have time to go back when they mess up my order each time.nnWent back a third time.. I really need to stop giving them a chance. Raw fries that are hard.nnGave them a fourth chance today... Dr Pepper is flat and has no flavor. Called the store twice to discuss this with the manager.. no answer. Boycott this place, only place I know who can mess up 4 different orders on 4 different trips.
Ask for diet coke, confirm it 3 times at both the ordering microphone and at the final window. Worker even confirmed as he gave it to us, diet coke. Received regular coke, wife is a type 1 diabetic. Could very well put someone in the hospital.
Always the fastest service around, with hot food! I have had times of getting the wrong order, and that is very aggravating but I know they are hurried to get that time quickly in.
