If you are a home owner looking for a property manager that takes terrible photos of your home, fails to communicate effectively, and continuously addresses work orders in an inefficient and expensive manner then this is the company for you!nnOn a serious note, I have been with Coldwell Banker for almost two years and its been a disappointing experience. I will say they have been able to quickly secure tenants for me, but they have absolutely no other strengths. Its probably best to pass these guys up and find a higher rated company.

Erica rocked it! She diligently worked for me to obtain a rental property to the late evening hours. She immediately followed up the next day and went out of her way to ensure all paperwork and deposits were submitted. I was in Charleston SC as she was working for me to obtain a home near Warner Robins. Thank you!!!

My Realtor was Extremely GREAT! She never skipped a beat when it came to keeping us updated on anything throughout our house Buying process. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns. As well Taking extra steps if necessary to ensure my husband and I Were Happy buyers! I Wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. Her name is Karen Mosley, Coldwell Banker SSK. If you’re interested in purchasing property of any kind and/or looking for a great realtor SHE Is the only way to go!
