Rob Fricks and his office staff go above and beyond to do what they can to help make a transaction happen as smoothly as possible. They are always responsive to emails. This office has stayed open late just to get a closing done and the office staff works well beyod the typical 9-5 hours!

Rob and the Staff at Fricks Bohan are super nice, professional and go above and beyond for their customers. If you never had a closing with Rob you do not know how fun a closing can be.

The initial experience was great. The staff was helpful with closing documents by mail. Now, 3 months later, and I still do not have copies of the closing documents or my power of attorney. I have emailed and called numerous times and no one will acknowledge me. I do not recommend using this firm.
