I don't normally review anything, products or services; however, the level of service, competence, performance and customer service deserve a huge 5 star rating. I only wish there was a higher rating to award. My wife was injured in an auto accident and the individual that caused the accident had a less than desirable insurance company. Monica and Jennifer handled our case with relentless representation of our issue based purely on facts that created an irrefutable case, yielding a fair settlement. The process took time, which is designed by the insurance companies to deter those seeking compensation and was not because of anything Monica did or did not do, so be prepared or the length of the process.
