They say you can cancel anytime but then they charge you a bunch of fees to cancel.

Been coming to this gym for over 4 years now, and every time I go in I always see friendly faces at the front desk. Everyone there is so welcoming. especially my girl Whitney Moore. She stays having a positive attitude and has a warm approach to her. I sometimes have issues with my membership pass and she always assists me :) give Whitney a raise

The Bountiful Vasa is my favorite to go workout at. The atmosphere is great and I always feel so welcomed when I walk in the door. The staff is always so wonderful especially Whitney Moore. She always has a smile on her face, is always so friendly and is always happy to help you out with anything you may need. She is the one I will go to when I have a problem or need help. I want to thank her for making my experience at the Bountiful location a great one that keeps me coming back!

Wow I have never been treated so poorly by anyone, especially by a company I've supported for 5 years. I became a member in May of 2015 and recently had to cancel my membership. The cancellation process, customer service and over charging me are the reasons I was compelled to leave a review. Be prepared to spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to cancel your membership. I was told I could use the app to cancel my membership but the app wouldn't recognize my membership, most likely because I was a member before they had the app. I finally was forced to hold for and hour and 20 minutes before I could speak with someone who would process my cancellation. That is frustrating but understandable. My issue is the fact that in addition to paying for another month they charged me for an annual renewal fee which I was forced to pay before they would process my cancellation. Funny that my membership started in May and they are charging me for an annual membership fee on the day I cancel (June 23rd) and the annual fee had to be paid for before they would process my cancellation. In addition they wouldn't email me a copy of the contract that supposedly gave them the right to charge me for this. You'd think that after being a customer in good standing for more than 5 years I would be treated better than this. Your annual fee just cost you a loyal customer.

This place is ridiculous because when you have to cancel you have to pay all their fees. One to cancel then one for the month then by the end of canceling your account your paying $90. I’m never going here again you thing it’s such a great deal but then they keep getting you with there fees.
