Went online, made a reservation, met up with Steve, saw the unit I was needing, went back to get forms filled out and go over the rules and legal stuff, paid the gentleman, got my lock and receipt. Simple and quick. Very very professional. A well taken care of establishment. And best of all, a super secure and clean storage unit. And to make it better I was given 50% off for 3 months. I recommend this storage for several reasons. They have a multi-layered security system to keep your belongings secure, they have a great staff who are friendly and easy to work with. The units are clean well kept and easy to access. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive but you get good quality for what you pay.
Moved out today, had an excellent experience. Friendly and helpful staff, great access, very secure location, and a good price. Highly recommend this storage facility if you need one in the Tri-cities.
