I remember when SPEEDY was just 1 BIG BLUE truck!!! Now they have disrupted the industry with their unmatched service and partnership with their clients. Speedy 100%!
They delivered my furniture and the experience was great! The people who I spoke with on the phone to schedule were great and the delivery crew was very polite. I would use them again and again.
Don’t get involved with this company. They don’t pay their carriers after services have been rendered. Currently suing them for damages. Luis and Derrick are bringing this company down with their fraudulent ways of conducting business.
They hire people who don't have common sense and no how to put a bunk bed together. Also left a big mess when they left. If I could give 0 stars I would trust me and the manager doesn't know how to call people back or lies to them. I was supposed to be refunded a certain amount but wasnt. I am very mad customers that's why I don't like when they deliver for walkers.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This is the delivery service that Ashley Furniture Homestore usuals, & they are horrible. They wore dirty, muddy shoes in my house. Pretty sure they damaged 2 of the 3 pieces of furniture they were delivering, so they had to be sent back. They also left trash all over outside of my house in my driveway & in the street. It took an hour to clean up after them. I essentially paid them to make a mess we had to clean up. Never again & won’t purchase from Ashley ever again as they wouldn’t do anything about it.
