Shoutout to staff members working the night shift on 3/31/21nI had a long day and got some food at 10:45pm and I asked for them to make it fresh to order and they actually did it! The gentlemen working the windows were very polite, and on top of that they gave me plenty of sauce. It made my night. Good job.
Gamael, the night shift manager was awesome. Instead of just telling me something wasn’t available he gave me other suggestions. He was very welcoming and he has amazing customer service skills. I will return here for his awesome customer service, speed of service and the freshness of food items.
Ordered one thing.. a cheeseburger kids meal with chocolate milk. Got home, had a chicken sandwich not a cheeseburger. Drove back up there, asked for my money back and to fix the order. I was told it was either or, money back or my order to be fixed.....so thank you for making my son not be able to eat his dinner and wasting my time driving back up to get it fixed. It's not my fault someone can't do their job correctly. This location keeps going downhill.
i live right next to this McDonald's and their lines are always going by quickly. Have lived near this McDonald's my whole life and I wouldn't change it for a thing. Workers I have encountered have always had a mask on.
Generally great service. I know all the stores are supposed to have the same food, but the fries here are always great -- salted to perfection!!
