This is the second Friday that this Smoothie King has not been open at 7am. I really don't blame the young lady that usually open BY HERSELF. She is awesome and make DELICIOUS smoothies. However I am missing my FRIDAY SMOOTHIE. This is unacceptable and the manager should be FIRED.

They go above and beyond to please the customer. I have made more than 100 visits to this place & while they are not perfect they have ALWAYS GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY to please me. I love the people there. This Smoothie King is the BEST location than all the other Smoothie Kings in the City of Atlanta hands down. And trust me, I've been to them all & most of them don't have it together like the Cascade location.ud83dude0dud83dude0dud83dude0d

Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. They are so slow. The lady at the drive thru also didn’t give me back my correct change so I had to come in. If you don’t know how to count you don’t need to be at the register!

I absolutely love smoothie king but this is the worst most incompetent inconvenient location. Today I placed my order on the app like I often do arrived at 7:45AM [they open at 7:00] the store was closed. There has been a number of occasions that I arrived and the gate to the door was still down or partially down which needless to say would deter potential customers. Although location wise it’s perfect on my route to work I will now have to find a location I can actually depend on that will be out of my way.

I came through yesterday night around 8:40 getting off work and went through the drive thru and the machine came on saying the store is closed, but that didnt stop the manager malik for serving me Thanks i got my smoothie. Great Service!!!
