Hello My name is Christopher. I was reffed to this firm by a friend for my personal injury case. They have been very unprofessional, they do not not answer phone calls, nor return phone calls when you are asking important questions about your legal case.nnI was in an accident about over a year ago, and I had to remove them from my case due to poor, poor communication.nnI have hired a new attorney and they are not working with us to provide me my records which I had to go to every individual facility pay and pick up my self.nnThey are highly unprofessional to me and my attorney, and I do not recommend them for any personal injury case.nnI plan to file multiple complaints with the state bar of Georgia in regards to this matter. There was a demand negotiated without any of my knowledge, even though I was still in pain and required more medical attention.nnThe attorney is either not available, or either out of town and the paralegal handles the personal injury division on his behalf but she is very unorganized.nnI highly do not recommended them for anyone. They told me I had to wait my turn in order to get my case even started. I ask them why are they waiting to my statue of limitations to finish my case and kept putting me off.nnThey acted like I was not an important client at times. I have never ever been treated so poorly in my life.nnThank you for your time.
