This KinderCare has molded my son & I. Without hesitation, they love my son. And honestly, they know my kid better then most. They’re with him 5 days a week for 9 hours or more a day.nnThere’s always bad opinions and frustrating moments. But the true teachers, genuinely love the kids they take care of. This center has been HONEST, and they communicate WELL.nnThey do so much for our kids. Regardless what’s going on in the world. They think of the safety of our children FIRST. I truly feel, if parents would communicate with the staff more, and have an open mind of no kid is “perfect”, people would see how much they care.nnThey need more credit from the parents, More understanding from the parents, They’re doing the stuff we can’t do so we can provide for our children.nnI love you all. My son LOVES going to THIS daycare.nnFROM THE BRAVENECS- we love you KinderCare staff!!!

This is the first daycare my son has attended. Overall, I LOVE this center! My son never complains and every time I pick him up he is always happy and so do other kids! If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. I definitely recommend!

My daughter went here from the ages of 16 months through 3 years old. The front office staff was horrible. there was never the same person there to help you. My daughter was adopted and i gave them certified copies of the adoption and they refused to change her name or give me new paperwork or change her emergency contacts or who is allowed to take her. The director nicole is horrible uncommunicative and unprofessional. On top of this i have walked in the daycare and heard staff cursing and not taking care of kids. This place is always understaffed never the same teacher in the room with the kids. The director was never there in the mornings or in the afternoons. the kids who were doing her job not qualified. I question the qualification of them being teachers in the kids rooms let alone running the facility.nnwhen my daughter was in the 2 year old room she loved her main teacher and this is the best person in the place, and did not get along with the teacher that came in the room after she left they had a conflict almost every day my daughter had repeated accidents but only with this one individual. I brought this up to the director, nicole, and she basically told me to pound sand that i was crazy and that there was no problem.nnMy daughter left one day sick but was better and a doctor said she was better that in his opinion she ate something she didn't like or to much, she had no fever and vitals were perfect and some girl named hannah that worked there was rude and told me i couldn't leave her there no matter what a doctor said. made me leave. Not to mention that it was BS because they let every child that was sick to attend daycare at all times and allow all the kids to get sick. I didn't realize it then but we have been gone for almost 2 months and we have been healthy at another daycare everysince. to many germs and sickness in this place.nnthere are too many instances to mention that are bad which led to me finally pulling her from this daycare once my adoption was final. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.nnI will say the rooms are too full they never meet ratios and if they do they are bare minimum. Kids are not getting a quality experience here. For the $1151 they want for care they should be providing exceptional care. I pay less now and recieve better care better manners and my daughter learns something everyday. Classrooms are way smaller and the same amount of teachers exist. The director of this location should be removed immediately. in my opinion 90% of the staff has lack of training to be here but that is not their fault they learn by what they are shown and they are shown poorly how to be around young children. With some up keep and training this place could be an exceptional daycare. it just depends on if the center under kindercare corp is willing to put into it what it needs to to be what it should.nnMy son is 10 years older than my daughter and he went to kindercare in seattle wa area for his childhood and he loved it thrived and it was awesome which was part of the reason i was excited to have my daughter at one as well. Well this place sucks hands down.

EVERY interaction I had with that staff was friendly and professional. My son was always excited to see the staff and his friends. Even the office staff greeted kids by name as they came in. He's now been in elementary school for 2 years and still gets excited and talks about all the fun he had and how he misses his teachers.

The staff is so friendly, engaging, and understanding! They're consistently going the extra mile to ensure the child's safety and enjoyment. I would highly recommend this location to any and all parents that enjoy high quality service!
